Q: What are the sock sizes?
A: Women’s socks are sock size 9-11, which fits shoe sizes 5-9½. Men’s socks are sock size 10-13, which fits shoe sizes 8½-12½. Infant socks fit newborn to 12 months of age and the children’s sock sizes range from toddler shoe size 3 and go up to children’s shoe size 5 (please see website for size availability for each sock style.)
Q: What is included in a Sock Gram?
A: Your personally chosen novelty socks - as many pairs as you’d like to send. One specially chosen greeting card, with a personal message, if you so choose. For the adults, we add one .25 fl oz packet of Spa Foot Balm and for the kids, we add a pack of stickers. We then specially wrap your gift with tissue paper inside a durable, waterproof, blue metallic envelope.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Yes! We do offer quantity discounts. If you choose to send a recipient of a Sock Gram more than one sock, each additional pair will only cost between $6.95 - $10.95. The quantity discount, however, does not pertain to any of the baby sock packages, hats, mittens or Sock of the Month orders.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?
A: In some instances, dependent on the time of day orders are placed, some orders may require specific processing times in addition to the Standard (5-7 Business Days), USPS Priority, or Overnight time frame for delivery. Also, nearer to major holidays (e.g. Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) our shipping cutoffs and processing times may change. International orders may take up to 7 additional business days.
Q: Do you send a packing slip in the Sock Gram or is there anything in the Sock Gram that includes pricing information?
A: In order to maintain the gift’s surprise, we do not include pricing information in the Sock Gram.
Q: My password doesn’t work, who do I contact for help?
A: If you are not able to log into your Sock Grams account, please check the following: 1.) Ensure you are entering your email address and password under the ‘Returning Customer’ section of the log in screen. 2). The password field is case sensitive, so please check that your Caps Lock key is off. 3) To ensure you have the right password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link, enter your email address, and your password will be sent to you. If you are unable to log in after trying the above steps, please contact us and a representative will be happy to assist you.
